Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached to the garment.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
